How much contact will I have with Lauren?
Aside from your scheduled check-ins that will be planned post Skype consultation upon purchase of any training or nutrition plan, Lauren will be available to contact anytime through social media and email. She wants to see and hear from you often, so tag her in pictures and posts regularly. Your progress is her happiness.
Do I need to join a gym to do Lauren’s training programs?
Yes! All of Lauren’s training programs need your consistent and regular commitment, so having access to a gym is definitely required. There are many gyms that offer great deals, so shop around. You also want “convenience”. Lauren also believes that gaining confidence in the gym is crucial. This is a big hurdle for many people, so please feel free to tag Lauren while your in the gym.
How do I receive my training program?
Lauren will “customise” your training program to your needs and requirements. Once you have your initial Skype consultation, Lauren will go to work on your first program. Lauren custom designs all her training programs according to the client. (No Generic Programs) She will create the best possible program with her training methods to reach the outcome that you want.
I’m a beginner
Lauren can create a plan just for you. No matter your experience, or lack of, Lauren will accommodate to your needs. She has worked with many clients who have never lifted a dumbbell. Lauren strives on her clients gaining confidence and strength within themselves through training and her coaching methods. Upon your Skype consultation, Lauren will plan the right program custom designed for you.
I’m losing motivation
We all struggle with motivation from time to time, and it can really get us down. Lauren will be there as a coach and provide you will helpful ideas and support to get you over any hurdles that you may encounter when it comes to your training and/or nutrition. Re evaluating where you are? what is happening? looking at what you have achieved so far? Implementing a new plan? whatever needs to be done to regain focus back onto your goals.
I’m not losing weight?
We are all designed differently and Lauren will closely monitor your progress. She strongly recommends keeping in regular contact and knows that everyone has a different way of adjusting to nutritional changes. She will support you and make adjustments according to any concerns.
I’m making progress and I feel that I can do more
Lauren will always challenge you no matter your training experience. It is advised that you work through the programming provided. If at any time you feel that you could increase the intensity of the training Lauren has provided, please feel free to mention to her.
I have purchased a training package, but would like to include nutrition
Once you make a purchase and decide to include a different plan, Lauren will merge the two packages so they compliment each other and ultimately get the results you want.
Are Lauren’s training methods suited to men?
Yes. Lauren’s methods are suited for male and female clients of all ages. She will custom design to the client without discrimination.
What if I can’t adjust to my nutrition plan?
Lauren will support you through the initial hurdles that some people face when starting a new plan. She will modify if needed.
